Overcladding is a popular and useful way of preserving or repurposing the life of a building. We have worked with many customers to help deliver a customised solution for their business or building.
Refurbishment
To protect
To insulate
To upgrade the aesthetics
As experienced installers, the process involves professional planning and fixing new sheets onto new rails, on the existing roof or wall area. This can offer a versatile solution to select additional insulation, and improve efficiencies, being installed between the existing and new overclad.
The new overclad system fully encapsulates the existing roof, or sidewalls (or full building) providing a new waterproof solution and aesthetics without the inconvenience and cost of removing the original roof.
Refurbishment of buildings can also include the removal of existing roofing and sidewall cladding systems, including asbestos fibre cement sheets. See Strip & Reclad Roofing Refurbishment.
To support your project delivery, data sheets are provided in all project operation and maintenance (O&M’s).
